Refund policy

RUDR RETURN & REFUND POLICY.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot offer a refund or exchange outside of the 7 day period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot approve a return and refund if there is no proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at rudr.guidance@gmail.com. Or on our instagram @rudr_guidance. If your return is accepted you will need to personally ship the item/s back yourself at your cost. From here we will inspect the items and if we are satisfied with the condition a full refund will be sent to your allocated bank or payment option.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If item is damaged or has issues you can send the item back and we will assess the damages/issues. If accepted you'll receive a new item, an exchange or a refund.

Non-returnable items
Only regular priced items may be refundable or returned, sale items are NOT refundable or eligible for exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
